Barbecues Cheese

Artisan cheese pasta slightly, moderately spicy flavor. It develops in approximately 3-cylinder, 5 kg, reaching to the vacuum-packed in consumer packs of 350 grams of slices barbecues with two each. Traditionally it is the perfect companion to the typical Uruguayan barbecue, grilling also recommended to the plate.


Ingredients: natural freshly milked milk, lactic ferments, rennet, salt dye by 160.
