Greaseable Cheese

It is born from a careful selection of best cheeses to realize the mixture to fuse, obtaining therefore a natural, smooth and especially flavorful flavor, with a slight consistency, soft and greaseable, being able only to be consumed or with the aggregate of different species, to accompany bread or toasts, at the time of the tea, in appetizer, or like original ingredient in different sauces and soufflés.

It contains a 45% of greasy matter in dry extract.
