For already 5 years the company makes artisan cheeses under KOSHER supervision, guaranteed by the Rabinato of the Kehilá of Uruguay. The certification includes the control of all the process of production, beginning in the inn with the obtaining of the raw material (it milks), the elaboration proper, the division and packaging for its commercialization, guaranteeing therefore the hygiene and quality of the product.
The certification from the moment of the obtaining of milk in milks is what it adds to the product the value to him of “JALAV ISRAEL”.
The made cheeses are: Colonia Cheeses, Dambo Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Semihard Cheese, Thin Cheese with and without salt. All the products are commercialized approximately in divided forms or in pieces of 500 grams, packaged to the emptiness.
