It is a cheese of “Italian” type, of smooth flavor, soft texture and yellow color clearly, being obtained in its process of elaboration grazes kneaded and cooked: “line grazes”.
From this one the “Small balls of Mozzarella O´Brien” are elaborated, those that are packaged to the emptiness of a two, obtaining packages of 350 grams approximately, lists for the consumption to the few hours of their elaboration.
Habitually grate, in gratinados pizzas and plates is used, but also it is suggested to taste it in hot appetizers or salads, combining with tomato and basil very well.
The Mozzarella also appears in bars of approximately 3.5 kg.
It contains total a dry extract from 45 to 55%.
