Parmesan Cheese

Made artisan cheese with whole, natural milk and just milked, that assures the good quality the same. It is a cheese of grazes hard, of “Italian type”, with a maturation superior to the 6 months, of target-yellowish, very aromatic color and of typically sharp flavor.
Their forms of cylindrical form, are of an approximated weight of 7 kg, being able to also find in the points of sale packaged to the emptiness in approximately 400 pieces of gr.
It is the cheese more adapted to grate by his under moisture content, which does not surpass 34% and its content of greasy matter that oscillates between 43 and 53% in dry extract.

It is the ideal complement to enjoy a good wine.


Ingredients: Natural whole milk just milked, lactic ferments, curdle, coloring 160 b and salt.
