Thin Cheese

Cheese of grazes firm, of elastic consistency, of smooth flavor and aroma, compact and smooth texture, of yellowish white color and low greasy tenor, for being elaborated with previously skimmed milk, to values of 1.8% of greasy matter approximately. This makes a recommendable product for low diets in calories.
One appears in forms of form squared of approximately 4 kg or in pieces packaged to the emptiness, of approximately 500g. Its use in cakes and salads is recommended, thus obtaining rich and lighter products.


Ingredients: Skimmed and pasteurized milk, lactic ferments, curdle and salt.
